What an amazing, easy, professional and all-around better than expected experience! With how quickly houses have been selling I initially wanted to pursue the FSBO route so as not to have to pay the extra realtor fee. This thought was expelled quickly by someone I respect financially, so I decided to hire a realtor. I prefer to do business with people not just product and price. Patricia was recommended to me and I am glad I went with her. She gave great feedback prior to putting the house on the market and gave us tons of information because we were stuck between renting our home and selling.
